About Me

APPROACH TO THERAPY
I believe that forming a genuine connection with clients is essential for facilitating progress in therapy. A nonjudgmental environment allows counselors to provide the tools and support needed for change. I promote relationship through creative and interactive techniques that engage both client and counselor, often using behavioral and person-centered approaches.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida International University and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and Florida, as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia. Currently based in New York City, I serve as a Crisis Response Counselor at NYU while also operating my private practice. My background equips me to assist individuals dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more.
